Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition you received it
- Include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and tags
- Include proof of purchase or receipt

If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original product once approved and place a new order for the replacement item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
Returned items must be in their original unused condition with packaging and proof of purchase.
Refunds
