At Hotshot Hideout, we’re committed to delivering your golf simulator and entertainment products as quickly, safely, and professionally as possible.
Because many of our products are premium, oversized, and custom-configured items, shipping timelines and delivery methods may vary depending on the manufacturer, product type, and delivery location.
Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email confirming that we’ve received your order and pre-authorized your payment method.
After your order is verified, our team immediately begins coordinating fulfillment with our trusted suppliers and manufacturing partners to prepare your products for shipment.
Order Processing & Fulfillment
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Due to the specialized nature of many simulator systems and luxury entertainment products, certain items may require additional handling, configuration, packaging, or freight coordination before shipment.
If an item is backordered, custom-built, or experiencing manufacturer delays, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Shipping & Delivery Estimates
Estimated transit times for most orders range between:
5–10 business days for standard freight deliveries
Larger simulator systems or oversized products may require additional transit time depending on freight scheduling and destination
Please note:
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed
Shipping times may vary during holidays, peak seasons, or due to supplier and carrier delays
Some products may ship separately depending on supplier inventory and warehouse locations
Tracking Information
Tracking information will be emailed to the address provided at checkout once your order ships.
For freight shipments, tracking updates may take additional time to appear depending on the carrier.

Delivery Options
Free Curbside Delivery
Most products include FREE curbside freight delivery.
Curbside delivery means the carrier will deliver the item to the nearest accessible area outside your home or building. Customers are responsible for moving products inside the property after delivery.
Because many golf simulator systems and enclosures are large and heavy, we strongly recommend having assistance available upon delivery.
Threshold Delivery
Available on select products.
Threshold delivery includes:
Delivery to a garage
Covered patio
Front entryway
Ground-floor sheltered area
Availability varies by product and location.
White Glove Delivery
Available for select premium products and simulator systems.
White Glove Delivery may include:
Delivery to your room of choice
Packaging removal
Minor assembly assistance
Scheduled delivery appointments
Please note:
Full simulator installation is not included unless specifically stated
Availability depends on product type, supplier, and destination

Freight Deliveries & Inspection
Many simulator systems and luxury products ship via freight carriers.
Upon delivery:
Inspect all packages carefully before signing
Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt
Take photos of damaged packaging or products
Contact us immediately if any issue is discovered
Failure to report freight damage at delivery may affect replacement or claim eligibility.
Delays & Carrier Issues
While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, Hotshot Hideout is not responsible for delays caused by:
Freight carriers
Weather
Customs or port delays
Manufacturer backorders
Supply chain disruptions
Incorrect shipping information provided by customers
Events outside our control
